Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for a Scale Operator for our Estero, FL aggregates plant. This wage non­ exempt position reports to the Assistant Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean the in-bound and the out-bound scales on a daily basis
• Notify the Assistant Supervisor and alert when the scale certification will be due.
• Operate the Aggregate scales, both In-bound and Out-bound
• Completes all end of the day reports and close-outs
• Maintain the scales inside and outside
• Interact with customers and freight vendors
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service orientation skills.
• Physically fit to handle lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Able to use a high-pressure water hose used for cleaning
• Able to climb stairs and perform physical work
• Ability to work well with others and customers
• Good computer skills (prior JWS system experience preferred)
• Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• High degree of accuracy in a fast paced and multi-task environment
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to walk, kneel crouch, crawl, talk and hear

Shift:

Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
