We have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Logistics for Titan Florida. The Director of Logistics - Florida is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of product movement throughout the Florida supply chain network. Leading a team of 5 managers, this individual will assist in daily decisions across product lines, including Cement, Aggregate, Ready-Mix, Concrete Block and Building materials.

Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of progressive Logistics & Supply Chain experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the building material industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply, Business Administration, Economics or Finance required.
  • MBA or master’s in supply chain or logistics preferred.
  • P&L experience with a minimum of $50 million
  • Transportation budget experiencing exceeding $100 million.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive Logistics & Supply Chain experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the heavy materials industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing leadership teams
  • Prior experience with systems implementation
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply, Business Administration, Economics or Finance required
  • MBA or master’s in supply chain or logistics preferred
  • Transportation budget experience required
