Responsibilities:

• Apply all forms of payments to customer accounts including electronic, credit card, and cash payments.
• Maintain detailed records of outstanding cash sales and coordinate with appropriate operational persons on the collection of outstanding balances.
• Assist with researching and processing of customer credits, product rebilling, resolution of disputed items, and addressing overpayments and outstanding customer credit memos.
• Assist with the coordination of month‐end close procedures, including reconciliation of accounts receivable balances with general ledger.
• Coordinate month‐end management reporting and resolution of customer open balances with Credit Manager
• Perform customer account maintenance.
• Maintain good relationships and demonstrate professionalism with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2‐4 years previous accounts receivable and customer service experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proven track record of superior customer service abilities and decision making
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; inclusive of Outlook, Word and Excel 
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• The ability to work independently with excellent time management and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while researching and resolving ambiguous information effectively.
